Join the Association
Applicants for membership in the Association must familiarize themselves with the Association’s charter, the procedure for joining the Association’s membership, and the requirements established by the Association for its members, as well as internal documents.
The decision to accept a member into the Association is made by the Association’s Presidium based on a membership application with the applicant’s questionnaire.
The applicant for membership in the Association is considered a member of the Association from the moment both of the following conditions are met:
The Association's Presidium has made a decision to accept the applicant as a member of the Association;
The entrance fee from the applicant for membership in the Association has been credited to the Association's bank account.
The member of the Association is issued a document confirming membership in the Association.

The amounts of the entrance and membership fees in 2024 are:
Entrance fee for individuals - 4,000 rubles, for legal entities - 8,000 rubles.
Membership (annual) fee for individuals - 8,000 rubles, for legal entities - 16,000 rubles.
When joining the Association, the amount of the membership fee will be calculated proportionally to the number of remaining months in the year from the date of admission to the Association's membership.
