Key Areas of Activity

  1. Monitoring the practice of applying anti-corruption legislation and implementing mechanisms for independent anti-corruption expertise of regulatory legal acts and their drafts;
  2. Preparing recommendations and opinions on the application of anti-corruption legislation and the implementation of mechanisms for independent anti-corruption expertise of regulatory legal acts and their drafts;
  3. Developing cooperation between the business community, business and industry professional associations, and government authorities of the Russian Federation, constituent entities of the Russian Federation, as well as local government bodies, Russian and foreign organizations, and media representatives;
  4. Participating in the development of professional standards in the field of anti-corruption expertise of regulatory legal acts and their drafts;
  5. Participating in conducting independent expert reviews, if necessary with the involvement of employers’ associations and educational organizations, of draft state educational standards, national and professional standards on issues of anti-corruption legislation and independent anti-corruption expertise, providing methodological support;
  6. Creating and distributing scientific, methodological, educational materials, practical developments, and online courses on the Association’s activities;
  7. Organizing and participating in competitions, exhibitions, and ratings in the Association’s scope of activity;
  8. Interaction with higher educational institutions to promote the improvement of the education level of specialists in the field of jurisprudence, economics, state and municipal management;
  9. Assisting in the formation of the state anti-corruption policy, assisting government authorities and organizations in its implementation;
  10. Interaction on issues of anti-corruption expertise of regulatory legal acts and their drafts, prevention of corruption in the private sector of the economy with national organizations in the field of anti-corruption activities in the BRICS countries and other states friendly to Russia;
  11. Analysis and use of international experience in regulating the anti-corruption expertise of regulatory legal acts, their drafts, and combating corruption in organizations;
  12. Facilitating a constructive dialogue between the business community and government agencies on the issues of anti-corruption expertise of regulatory legal acts, their drafts, as well as assisting in the fight against corruption within the goals and subject of the Association’s activities;
  13. Participation in the creation and implementation of Russian programs and projects in the field of independent anti-corruption expertise and anti-corruption in the private sector of the economy;
  14. Development of tools and implementation of independent quality assessment of independent anti-corruption expertise of regulatory legal acts and their drafts;
  15. Implementation of activities in the field of legal anti-corruption education and aimed at forming intolerance to corrupt behavior;
  16. Conducting research on legal issues of the development of the institution of independent anti-corruption expertise and the practice of applying anti-corruption legislation in the private sector of the economy;
  17. Discussion with Russian authorities of current issues in the application of anti-corruption legislation and the implementation of mechanisms for independent anti-corruption expertise of regulatory legal acts and their drafts;
  18. Holding conferences, seminars, webinars, forums, meetings, round tables and similar open events on the application of anti-corruption legislation in Russia and abroad, participation in such events, and their expert support.
