Rights of Association Members

Participate in the management of the Association's affairs, including electing the governing bodies of the Association and being elected to the governing bodies of the Association;

At their discretion, withdraw from the membership of the Association based on a written application in the manner established by the Charter and internal documents of the Association;

Receive information about the activities of the Association, get acquainted with its accounting and other documentation based on a written request;

Receive a document confirming membership in the Association.

Association members may have other rights provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation, the Association’s charter, and decisions of the Association’s governing bodies.

Obligations of Association Members

Comply with the Association's Charter, rules and requirements established by the Association for its members;

Assist in achieving the Association's statutory goals, including through the implementation of the Association's priority development areas;

Comply with the decisions of the Association's governing bodies;

Timely and fully pay the entrance (one-time), membership (regular) and additional contributions to the Association's property in the amount determined by the General Meeting of Members and in the manner determined by the Charter;

Participate in the formation of the Association's property in the necessary amount in the manner, by the method and within the time frames determined by the General Meeting of the Association's members;

Actively participate in the activities of the Association, contribute to the expansion of the scale and scope of the Association's activities, to the enhancement of the prestige and effectiveness of its work, to the expansion and strengthening of international cooperation;

Participate in decision-making, without which the Association cannot continue its activities;

Not to commit actions that may harm the legitimate interests of the Association or its members;

Not to commit actions deliberately aimed at causing harm to the Association;

Not to commit actions that significantly impede or make it impossible to achieve the goals for which the Association was created;

Not to disclose confidential information about the Association's activities;

Provide, upon request of the Association's governing bodies, the information necessary to resolve issues related to the Association's activities;

Fully perform the duties assumed towards the Association.

Association members may have other obligations provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
